Single bedroom, single bath apartment home; Approximately 500 square feet. Gas range and heating. Electric air conditioner. Full-sized refrigerator and range included. Resident is responsible for electricity, gas, water, sewage, cable and internet. Garbage collection is included in the rental fee.
Security Deposit - $500.00
All apartments require a deposit, which is held during the time that you are a resident at Euclid Court. The deposit is fully refundable based on the terms of your lease agreement should you choose to vacate the apartment.Pet Fee (one-time fee) - $300.00
Surcharge of $10.00 monthly pet rent
Euclid Court is a pet friendly community. Small caged animals (e.g. birds, fish, hamsters, etc.), with the exception of venomous reptiles, are allowed without a fee. We do not allow aggressive breeds of dogs including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, and Doberman Pinschers. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your apartment (please refer to the pet policy attached to your lease agreement).
Application Fee(non-refundable) - $50.00
A onetime application fee is charged per applicant. This covers the cost of running an official credit report along with a background and criminal history on every application. The application process usually takes around 24 hours to reach a determined decision.Administrative Fee - $75.00
